Step 1: Prepare the Document

• Place the document you wish to scan face-down on the scanner glass or in the automatic document feeder (ADF), depending on your printer model.

• Ensure the document is properly aligned, with no wrinkles or obstructions, to avoid scanning issues.

Step 2: Access the Email Scan Feature

1. On the Printer’s Control Panel:

   • Locate the touchscreen display or control panel of your HP printer.

   • Tap the Scan option. This may be available directly on the home screen or under the "Scan" menu.

2. Select "Email" as the Destination:

   • Select the Email option. This will open a screen where you can enter the email address.
