Delta Park ADP Time Clock

This is the information needed to keep the time clock online. The first line of troubleshooting is to power cycle the time clock. 99% of the time this fixes most issues. If you need to troubleshoot further grab a technician swipe card and make sure the information for Delta Park matches below:

Network Requirements
To ensure proper timeclock communication, Port 443 must be open to the following IP or URL:
wfntimeclock.adp.com for both Outbound & Inbound traffic
SSL filtering and packet sniffing is not supported and will prevent your device from communicating. For assistance with these requirements, please consult with your company’s Network Administrator.
 
Launch Quick Start
The Launch Quick Setup which will guide you through the initial setup process of your new time clock.
Note:
 If the Launch Quick Setup times out (after 25 seconds) or you need to access it at a later time, swipe the Maintenance Badge or press the three bars button to access the device’s maintenance mode, then tap on Launch Quick Setup.
Step 1. Pick Language 

  1. Select the Language 
  2. Tap Next, Set Date 

 
Step 2: Maintenance Mode Password 

  1. Create a new Maintenance Password, then tap Enter 

Note: Strong password is required. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one of each: lower case
letter, upper case letter, number, and special character. 

  1. Password with badge, leave as Disabled (Default) to allow a user to access Maintenance Mode without requiring the password when swiping the Maintenance Badge. 
  2. Tap Next, Add Device ID 

 
Step 3: Date & Time 

  1. Enter Year, Month, Day, and Time 
  2. Set NTP Server Settings to Disabled 
  3. Tap Next, Set Maintenance Mode Password 

 
Step 4: Connect to Network 

  1. Tap Ethernet 

If using DHCP, tap DHCP
If using STATIC, tap then enter the required information provided by your IT, tap Save Configuration 

  1. To connect wirelessly (only if equipped), tap Wi-Fi and follow the steps outlined in the Wireless Setup section found on the last page of this document 
  2. Set Proxy Server to Disabled, tap Save Setting 
  3. Tap Next, Connect to Server 

 
Step 5: Add Device ID 

  1. Enter the correct Device ID  
  2. Enter the correct Device Password 
  3. Tap Next, Connect to Local Network 

 
Step 6: Communication Settings 

  1. Enter wfntimeclock.adp.com) , then tap 
  2. Enter correct Tenant Identifier, then tap Enter 
  3. Enter Port (443) then Tap Enter 
  4. Set the HTTPS toggle to On. Review all the settings. 
  5. Tap on Next, Test Connectivity. 

 
Step 7: Test Connectivity
If successful, a configuration summary page appears. Tap Exit Setup to complete the setup
If unsuccessful, a red Error – Connection Failed” page appears.
 Try the following:
- Verify the Server Name and Port are entered correctly by tapping on
         - Ensure all cables and connections are plugged in securely. When in doubt unplug and re-plug.
         - If using our Wi-Fi adapter, make sure it is installed and connected to your wireless network.
